🌍 Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do! However, due to packaging license requirements in some EU countries, I can only ship to certain EU destinations at this time.

Current shipping destinations:

Germany (Domestic), Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Slovenia, Hungary

Other countries outside of the EU are not affected!

2. Do I have to pay customs and import duties?

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

3. When will my order be shipped?

Since I balance this shop alongside a full-time job, orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. My usual shipping days are Fridays and Saturdays.

4. Are there any limited edition items?

Not at the moment, but possibly in the future! If you'd like to stay updated on new releases and limited drops, feel free to follow me on Instagram (@felikimchi).

5. Will my order be signed or numbered?

Prints are not signed or numbered by default, but if you'd like your print signed, just leave a note with your order and I’ll be happy to include it!

🎨 Commissions & Art Process

6. Can I commission a custom piece from you?

Absolutely! I’d love to hear your ideas. Just reach out through my socials or the contact form, and we’ll work out the details together.

7. What materials and techniques do you use?

I create most of my artwork digitally using my trusted 2017 iPad Pro (10.5") with a 1st gen Apple Pencil. I primarily work in Clip Studio Paint, Procreate, and use Photoshop for post-production.

For physical products like prints and stickers, I print everything myself with an Canon G650 Inkjet Photo Printer and cut stickers using a Silhouette Portrait 3.

Keychains, pins, and other merchandise are produced by carefully selected manufacturing partners.

For design work such as logos, catalogs, and vector graphics, I use Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
